Hannah Fem Cardigan was inspired by a special encounter when a visiting customer wore a traditional Dale cardigan from 1978. The piece was so admired that it sparked the idea of recreating the design. The new version was named Hannah, after both the customer’s granddaughter and the employee’s daughter.
This substantial cardigan reflects authentic Norwegian knitting heritage. Knitted in a 3-ply construction (5 gauge), it has a solid and premium feel, weighing approximately 820 g in size M. Ideal as a mid-layer or as a standalone piece in cooler conditions.
The cardigan features a crew neck, classic button closure and Norwegian-made pewter buttons that enhance its traditional character. The regular fit ensures a timeless and versatile silhouette.
The undyed version (M00) is crafted from premium lightweight wool from Uruguay, using the natural shades of the animal fiber. The fibers are sorted and blended into mélanges without dyeing, requiring no water or chemicals. The yarn remains 100% natural and household compostable.
